HOOSICK, N.Y. — After a year of planning, Green Island, N.Y.-based sustainable material producer Ecovative is expanding its source of recycled corn product locally to Hoosick. Hoosick construction and landscaping service, R. M. Bacon had the equipment available to start producing a shredded corn byproduct that Ecovative has also sourced out to Iowa farmers.
